All abilities welcome. Exercises will be tailored to each individuals needs and capabilities. Classes will be limited to a maximum of 12 to allow adequate feedback for each participant. All equipment provided

Location: Pilates Studio (above M&S) for evening classes and Berkhamsted Town Hall for daytime classes
Next Course: 6 week block starting 14th, 16th and 17th April '26
Cost: £13.50 per session (£81 for 6 week block)
